RENAISSANCE STUDIOS

There are 16 studios with 24 hour access situated in Claverings Industrial Park. The studios were purpose built for artists and small community groups. There are two floors both with kitchen, toilets and a tradesman lift. All of the rooms have high ceilings and large windows for allowing maximum natural light.

Tenants will also have the opportunity to be a part of a cooperative of artists to ensure continued development and support in their business.
